I had some initial issues with the app not syncing properly with my devices, but the customer support team was quick to assist me and resolve the problem. Since then, the app has been working flawlessly and I am happy with the convenience it provides.

I have been using Vivint for a few months now and I'm extremely satisfied with it. The app is user-friendly and allows me to control my home security system with ease. The customer support team is also very helpful and responsive.
