I had a great experience using the Bird app. It was my first time riding an electric scooter and the app made it really easy. The scooters are well-maintained and the app provides clear instructions on how to ride safely. Will definitely use it again!

I had some issues with the Bird app initially - it kept crashing on my phone. But once I got it working, it was smooth sailing. The scooters are a lot of fun to ride and I appreciate the quick customer support I received when I reached out about the technical difficulties.
